He always provides
So, I’m on the plane heading back to Belize for another couple months of mission work. This time I’ll be teaching English, as well as in charge of the vehicle maintenance and usage. I will also be in charge of distributing work the the students. Thankfully I get to go back to the church I was at last time, the Carmelita church. I’m a little nervous, but I know that God is still leading me. Thursday I looked at my bank and realized I only had $100 dollars. For the semester in Belize, buying food, and customs paperwork you need at least $500. I started getting nervous and prayed though. When I did my taxes, I ended up getting them all back! Which brought me closer to what I needed for the program this spring. I really should have a lot more faith by now, but I was still nervous. A friend texted me and said he and his wife have a charity fund thing in their finances and they wanted to give me the money which brought me up to just barely what I needed this semester. Then I looked in my other bank that I thought was empty and I had some left. And the amazing members at my church in Cadillac have been saving up some money too! Praise God I have enough to do this spring semester, and even some extra for flying this summer. It’s crazy how he has taken care of me and continued to show me this is the path he has for me! I’m so blessed. Even though I’m nervous to be leading out in so many things this next semester, He has brought me here for a reason and I’m excited to see what I learn and can share with others. Hopefully I will have some cool stories to share with y’all shortly. I’m excited to reconnect with Alex, my bible study from last semester there! Continued prayers are always welcome as I continue to try and follow God’s will.
